[No one to teach you. He rubbed at his head at that, having heard it before from somewhere and not even sure he heard it now.]
[Only to have his head snap up and stare at the other man, brows drawing in, not confused but surprised.]
...We... don't talk about that place. [He said on an almost whisper.] I... I mean. No. No. Noo. That's not... [He was staring now, not moving, and unable to get a full sentence out. He wasn't 'upset' or 'mad' but just surprised and unable to get his words working.]
[He'd only met a few who understood what was going on inside his head, and even then they were no help.]
Peace isn't something I know. [He said, more on a mumble then anything, his hands sliding into his pockets and head down a bit, thought he peeked over at the other.]
You said you thought you fucked up big. What did you do?
It feels like we're bonded together and I'm still learning how to control - [He gets no further as he's accosted by two employees who have things for him to sign. He looks pained.]
...Go up to the pent house. I'll meet you there.
[The area is full of smoke and steam, walking out of the parking garage leads to a giant clockwork dragon, clinking and raising it's head. Occasionally it blows out steam. Other then that others are fairly subdued.
The farther Darwin gets from him the more he might feel sick, achy and tired, and by the time he gets out to the pent house, called the "King Tut" suite, he might feel ready to collapse but there's a little girl who answers the door.]
[That does sounds weird, but also... not. It makes sense with how he feels.]
It sounds strange but it... I mean, that's how... ah, yeah. I feel like that's--[He let out a sigh as the people came up to him. Okay, this guy was a big deal, and it sounded like work. He frowned, but nodded, doing as instructed.]
[If he was anything he was good at instructions.]
[As he got further he felt it though, that sick pulling at his gut, the tired feeling that washed over him. As he got to the pent house he could barely stand, sucking in a breath as if he had walked flights of stairs instead of an elevator. His hand rested there at the side of the door, and he had intended to just stand there and wait, not sure what else to do... when the door opened.]
[He looked up, dark eyes unsure as he looked at the girl.] H-hi. I... sorry. I just... I don't feel so well. I didn't mean to disturb you.
[She tilts her head and leaves the door open. The place is posh.] Daddy and I have a connection. I went into the dark place to save him and I pulled him away from the monster.
[Too posh, and he felt like getting sick. He took in another breath, wondering why that took more out of him then he had expected. Daddy? So the guy is a father? He realized he didn't catch the others name, or get it, or if he had he missed it, and shit, he was new here and the guy was suppose to be a big shot and--]
I ah... yeah, I mean, sort of. We... met. He said to come up here... and wait. I... I can wait out here. I didn't... didn't mean to disturb you.

I... I don't know what your talking about.
[He lied. He's a terrible liar.]

Relax and be at peace. I'm here.
[Said the guy whose brain was dark.]
